Fun on the Web Nov 29, 2011 Roasted Potatoes

Now this says its a Thanksgiving tip BUT anywhere I go its mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving not roasted potatoes. Anyway this does sound good so maybe I'll try these for dinner with a pork chop to break the turkey cycle.
