I use flexible ice packs a lot on my back and shoulder. Just in case you need one you can make it quickly with rubbing alcohol and water.

What's Up with Me

I have to ask my readers tolerance for my absences in August. I've been doing some physical labor lately. Because I have always worked at a desk, this is like going to the gym for me. I have been trying to be smart and building up my tolerances but this past week was just beyond belief. One night I got home at midnight and another "short day" was almost 8 pm before I got here and had supper.

I know this will get easier as time moves forward but right now it's a job and helping to pay the bills. In the long run I will be stronger for it. It will help balance out my computer and other desk time.
